Can you see where it leaked out from? I noticed the plug  on the top of mine were loose when I was doing a cleanup and tightened them up. I'm not familiar with the ones Honda uses, but the nice thing is its still under the 1 year warranty.

The rear shocks on the TRX700XX are not servicable.  I tried to mess with that plug thinking it was an adjustment, turns out the o-ring was dried and stuck, when I found out that it wasn't an adjustment, it started to leak.  I tried to tighten the plug but the leak didn't stop.  Took it back to the dealer, they had to order an entire new shock assembly from Honda directly.  I looked at the fishe at the dealer, the internal components of the rear shocks are not identified and have no part number.  The only part number is for the entire assembly.
