Well...actually I think the Can-Am Renegade 800R is well over 60hp stock. It might even be close to 70, cant really remember.
Eitherway, 53 is not bad, especially considering Honda 4-strokes are always capable of reliably handling some serious mods and increases in power. That huge airbox, along with a fairly large throttlebody offer up some serious potential. This enigine design (fairly low included valve angle) reponds well to mild inceases in lift and duration, without sacrficing too much down-low oomph. $1000 should turn this machine from Mr. Freindly into Mr. Scary. Looks good from here anyway, and I can't wait to get one on the dyno and fiddle with the airbox and a programmer.
