Vibration
« on: April 04, 2010, 10:51:34 AM »
Just picked up mine a week ago. I notice that in first gear with a little higher rpms that there are vibrations coming from the rear and front. It sounds like plastic against something. I wanted to know if anyone has this issue and how did you fix it. Thanks

check all ur bolts to make sure they r tight also check for spacers on the front wheels as they should be removed by the dealer and can cause a vibration in the front end also check clutch free play and heat sheild bolts i know there is more chime in anyone who can remember more also chain tension

Most likely the vibration you hear is the front plastic vibrating against the headlight.  The quick fix is to just wedge a peice of cardboard between them.

It can also be the exhaust vibrating against the plastic, definitely check that out.
