Stop your front from pushing?

Does getting front tires with a higher ply count stop the front end steering from pushing or at least help a bit?  thanks!!

i put razr2 23x7x10 on the front of mine and they helped tremendously!!!!!!!

i have the same tires and they are amazing. definitely helped with the turning.
